What are the available payment methods?
You can pay for your order with all options.
My payment has failed. What should I do?
On our website we work with a "first come, first serve" system. This means that a product may become sold out after you have put it in your basket. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to complete your order as soon as possible.

Shipping
Where and when do you deliver?
We offer shipping throughout the United States.
- US Shipping: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 10:00 pm on weekdays.
- Deliveries in all other countries: three to six working days.
*Please note that during sale periods shipping may take longer than normal. We apologize in advance for any potential delivery delays.
I am expecting a package but it has not been delivered.
We’re sorry to hear that your package hasn’t been delivered yet, but don’t worry. Always check the tracking link you received via e-mail. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return/exchange an(y) item(s), please return your order within 30 days from receiving your order.
Ship
Orders must be returned unused and in original packaging. Our collection must be returned unused, unwashed and with all tags attached.
Shipment received
Once we have received your return or exchange, we will do our best to process it quickly.
Refund
The total refund amount will be credited back to you via the original payment method you used to place the initial order.
